Thank you for shopping with H & I’s Little Shop. We appreciate your business and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.


All Sales Are Final

All sales made through H & I’s Little Shop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Refunds for Lost Shipments

If your order is lost during shipping and cannot be confirmed as delivered, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
To report a lost shipment, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and include your order details.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
